Our development plan consists of a three-part approach which includes consulting, coaching, and mentoring.
CONSULTING allows the leader and team to define their truth by naming the problem(s) and offering solutions.
COACHING helps the individual, team, or organization to develop their consciousness concerning the complexity of problems, and assess the solutions before taking their desired actions.
MENTORING provides the relational wisdom, trust, and guidance needed to address the problem(s).
Each of these approaches can include a series of service offerings, with the greatest success experienced through the incorporation of all three approaches.
