WHAT WE DO

 T3 Leadership Solutions, Inc. specializes in creating customized leadership development programs for individuals and organizations. 

Our development plan consists of a three-part approach which includes consulting, coaching, and mentoring. 

  • CONSULTING allows the leader and team to define their truth by naming the problem(s) and offering solutions. 

  • COACHING helps the individual, team, or organization to develop their consciousness concerning the complexity of problems, and assess the solutions before taking their desired actions. 

  • MENTORING provides the relational wisdom, trust, and guidance needed to address the problem(s).

Each of these approaches can include a series of service offerings, with the greatest success experienced through the incorporation of all three approaches.
